Consultations & One-on-One Services

  • Refunds for canceled sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Packages or Retainer-Based Services

  • If a multi-session package has been purchased, unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no services have been rendered.

  • If services have begun, partial refunds may be available based on the portion of work completed.

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event start date.

  • After that period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
